Hi, creative leader. I’m Cassie.

My mission is to help high-achieving professionals design their work life, leverage their unique gifts, and adopt mindsets that help them reach their fullest potential. I specialize in working with professionals in creative fields who want to build their leadership toolkit, or leaders in other industries who are looking to build their capacity to think outside the box.

I came to coaching with 13+ years of professional communications and marketing experience. I’ve worked with leaders in various industries, including marketing, design, health care, higher education, hospitality, non-profit, and consulting, to bring their visions to life through creative storytelling and strategy implementation.

I now apply that expertise to my coaching practice, where I combine personal and professional narratives, metaphors, visualizations, and creative problem-solving techniques to provide an individualized coaching plan for each one of my clients.
